Reflexology:
Manipulation of the feet in certain areas that reflect areas of the body.

Acupressure:
This is a very relaxing therapy that uses points on your body and energy to help make you organs perform and work better, by unblocking channels of energy that flow through your body.

Trigger Point:
This is a very good way to get rid of knots in muscles. It helps relieve the achy muscles and helps them work to their full potential. It is no relaxing, but has lots of benefits. Not for first timers, but helps injuries that never seem to go away.
